In November 2016, the IMF organized a tax administration “Hackathon”in Senegal. Three years later, our guests discuss the importance of this initiative and how it not only led toleveraging technology to help modernize the Senegalese tax administration, but also enhancedthe waythe IMF conducts capacity development assistance.
